Issue Reporting
Robin being a continuously developing application means that we are always seeking out issues, improvements, recommendations, etc. to polish Robin and comply with our consumers’ needs.
The user can access this feature by clicking the horn icon to the right of their username in the navigation bar (top bar). The page, which is seen above, has two sides: one for reporting issues and the other for existing threads the user has created.
On the left, the user can include a summary for their issue request, an attachment, and a description. In addition, the user can assign a feedback type through the dropdown menu, which includes Feature request, Performance improvement, GUI improvement, Bug, Compatibility, and Other. On the right, the user can view their created threads’ responses made by Robin staff and reply to them.
To open a thread, the user must click on an existing thread. The thread’s page is very simple, with the title on top, whether the thread is open or closed, who started it and when, and a list of comments. Each of these comments have an author, a timestamp, and text. Finally, in the bottom of the page, one can choose to add a comment to the existing thread, as previouisly explained.
